I went in there to try the Thanksgiving sub and a kind girl named Jeanette was a amazing working giving me suggestions and talking to be the whole time she was such a kind soul I cant wait to go in again and see here such a kind younge girl
Low energy and extremely slow at this spot. Had originally gave them 5 stars on the food but had to edit when I got to my hotel room.... bread burned on bottom. Just reviewed other Firehouse Subs in Springfield, they need to go train Jefferson City fr fr.
This staff is AMAZING! Through thick and thin, they always bring their A game. They love their customers and it shows. They always try their hardest and go as fast as they can regardless of what some people review.
They got my order completely wrong and all the other 20 orders, please pay more attention to what’s on the sandwich!
Workers are more interested in visiting with themselves than getting orders ready. Service is always slow no matter when I have been. Columbia location is way better.
