We love q good firehouse sub! The whole toasted bread thing is what makes it so tasty and delicious. We spent $35 and got home with sub par subs. Not toasted and seemed like we were eating subs that were 2 hours old. Tried calling twice, no one answers. Won't be back.
My order is never right or complete. Also why did I have jalapeños on the bottom of my mac n cheese. It wasn't even chopped. Just entire slices all the way at the bottom. Might have been better chopped just saying. Im not giving 5 stars to the attitude I got from the young man for attempting to ask if the brownies are in the bag. Ehhh missed the lady who use to work the front counter.
The people are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our food and time there.
Fantastic experience! We had a large order and EVERYONE in our party raved about their sub! We will be returning for sure!!
