I am set to be in the hospital for a few weeks and I decided I wanted a steak & cheese sub. That was a horrible idea !!!!! The meat was so old and soggy and salty you can tell it had been held on to for a long time along with the onions and peppers soggy and old. I will never eat here again.
Had a loved one having a heart procedure today so we had to be at the hospital at nine came down to grab breakfast and the cashier was rude and nasty, after being at the hospital all day we retuned to grab a sandwich for my loved one who had been in a procedure all day and the gentleman running me up was rude, lacked an ounce of customer service skills and was a straight smart ass as I was waiting for my food to be made a employee came out of the back with ice to fill the machines and apparently the black lady who was the ca... read more
Food was horrible! I ate my club on a sub and 30 minutes later I was vomiting! I have never experienced anything like that at any other firehouse i have been to. My husband also stated his food was horrible and the cookies didn't look appealing to him because they were all crumbled. The customer service was awful, unpleasant, and not a welcoming atmosphere. I don't know why they got rid of the Chick-Fil-A and put this inside instead! This was an all around horrible experience!
