This is the 3rd time i've ordered from here and i've had issues with my order. I order through the app, and i pick it up through their drive through. I ordered it extra toasted this time because the last time i ordered it, it was barely toasted. I drive through traffic and get home and this is what extra toasted is to them. The app support is completely useless and it takes someone over 24 hours to get back to you (speaking from experience). Probably will not be getting firehouse again.
