Good subs, in fact fave subs in town. Customer service is waaaaaaay hit or miss. Since it's close to the college they hire college students and most really don't care about the job as it's always new staff whenever I go in.
i really enjoy firehouse subs but the customer service is just awful and they have a store manager that actually condones his employees rudeness! this firehouse will never get my business again!! (:
While I do enjoy their turkey sub and meatball sub, do not expect to get any good customer service from this establishment. My first time there, I walked in and they just looked at me. And one guy finally said, "Welcome to Firehouse" with his back turned to me.
