I mean atmosphere it’s AZ mills, but they were very quick in taking my order and getting it out, especially since I had a movie to catch! The young man who took my order was very kind and professional too!
Honestly had such a great experience at firehouse subs today all thanks to the manager working. He was super friendly, welcoming, and just had great energy overall. You could tell he actually cared and wasn’t just going through the motions. He made sure my order was perfect and checked in on how everything tasted. 10/10 would recommend if you’re out shopping or stopping by to see a movie!
Young people behind the customer have very bad social skills when helping customers. One employee kept on talking to yhe employee who was running the cash register and I didn't even get acknowledged. Not welcoming and the employee who was making the sub never even smiled. This is one of the worst locations regarding Firehouse and I would this 2/5 because the food was "at least" good.
I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats and it was made in exactly the opposite manner I requested. It's especially odd because I had to write in extra mayo as it is not an option in tge app and my sandwich was completely dry. The one bright spot is the manager promised to replace it if I was able to go in in person. While that is incredibly inconvenient for me as I do not drive I will give them a chance and if it is made right tomorrow I will change this review.
