Young people behind the customer have very bad social skills when helping customers. One employee kept on talking to yhe employee who was running the cash register and I didn't even get acknowledged. Not welcoming and the employee who was making the sub never even smiled. This is one of the worst locations regarding Firehouse and I would this 2/5 because the food was "at least" good.
Angela and Hector made some fire sandwiches for my family and I. Very good food always love coming here when I’m at the mall
When there is a problem you try to resolve it not look at the customer who just wasted time and money and tell then that there's nothing to do
I mean atmosphere it’s AZ mills, but they were very quick in taking my order and getting it out, especially since I had a movie to catch! The young man who took my order was very kind and professional too!
