I love fire sub house, but this location, I'm not so sure. The food is good, the issue was the wait time. It took them over 40 minutes to make a sandwich, then they remembered that I ordered fries, and I hade to wait to the fries get ready. That was only 1 person making All the food. Wile every body else stands around.
Showed up at the mall specifically for Firehouse and they were closing- before 7pm. No hours posted anywhere. Every other food court restaurant was open.
AMAZING! This location is PERFECT! I had issues with the app and they helped me within reason when they didn't have to! GO TO THIS LOCATION TODAY!
