Went there today around 1:00. Ordered two large subs. The man taking the order barely paid attention. Sat down and within 5 minutes, the worker asked me what I ordered. He then gave me the bag. I was thinking wow, that was fast. Went to my car, two small sandwiches. Someone else's order. Went back in, he was oh I gave you someone else's food. Had the strangest experience here today. I took a few minutes off to the side to.decide what I wanted. Then I walked to the counter and waited for someone to help me. Someone walked up to the register and just stared at me. OK, I guess he wants my order. So I start to talk and he interrupted with "here or to go?" Here please. Then he proceeded to rub his eyes for a while, then stared at me again. OK, time to order I guess. Food was as expected. Waited a long time to order. I assume because of online orders, but nobody said anything to us for a good 15min.
Ordered catering from this location. All the same chips and subs, although it states variety when ordering. Also forgot to bring the plates, cups etc. And then they can't redeliver due to short staffed. I will never use Firehouse for an event again. Terrible all-round.
