Painfully slow and no spoken contact with staff at all. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Not up to my expectations based on other stores. The worst Firehouse Subs I have encountered!
Staff used profanity in front of diners with kids! The management never did anything about it! I guess I will never darken their doorstep again. I told them in a feedback form what words they used, but they said I needed to remove the language. My point exactly! Just parroting back the language their employees used!
