They soo disrespect of my mom deaf try order food and keep waiting for 15 min from not done of our food and really so terrible of manager really not friendly ever
We came a about 15 monster before close an ordered to go. As to not hold up the staffs closing procedures. They were polite,kind and helpful.
Im only leaving this review to hopefully help the owners ( if they care ) make things better. Staff was somewhat ok I would not say friendly but not rude either. Food did not taste fresh at all for just being made. Tea containers were not covered after the tea was made but it did taste good. When my food was ready they did not bring it to the table like they do at other locations when you are dinning in. Customer service is a joke! Cleanliness is not a priority at this place! Owner should shut this location down! I will drive to Publix and get a better sub! Gave this place way too many chances to do right and always coming up short
