Absolutely disgusting. Manager was screaming in there and acting like he knew everything. I said “turkey, cheese, lettuce, not toasted”. it was $7 for this and it was toasted and there was also dijon mustard on it? lettuce was wilted. literally the worst thing i’ve ever eaten. also heard them talking about how the meatballs didn’t look cold enough? safety hazard vibes? not sure. wouldn’t eat here again.
I really enjoyed watching the interactions between the staff and the in store customers. These guys were all about customer service and conveyed a level of respect that was above Chick-fil-A because it was genuine and not forced/required. This crew really work together - like a well oiled machine. They didn't even have to verbally communicate at points - everyone kept moving the sandwich building process along as if they were performing a well rehearsed line dance.
