Constantly not having all items in the bag ordered, no ice, not clean highchairs (most firehouse subs have always cleaned high chairs with plastic wrap), when you tell them your name and that you are waiting on a mobile order they do not let you know that just put it on the rack. Used to be my favorite weekly restaurant.
