Updating Review 11/6/2025 - I haven't ordered since my last review, so wanted to give it a try again and had the same experience. The sandwich in which I asked for LIGHT mayo, had mayo all over, causing the bread to be so soggy, it was like mush. I also ordered the chicken and dumpling soup, in which it was not in my bag. This place will rip you off. I am a disabled person. I never received my refund and never received my food. I contacted the store to talk to a manager and was told they were hardly ever there and didn't know when one would show up. I contacted them through email and was told they couldn't do anything because its up to that store if they want to give refund or not. So there is no food service manager on duty at all times like there supposed to be. The place is unsanitary because of not following health codes obviously. Beware... read more

Pulled up at 11:30 am on a Saturday. Open sign was on and there was no one else in restaurant. The worker runs up and locks the door on me and my family and then walks away. The worst service I have received.

Any other time my order is correct. The last before today my order was wrong and had missing item. Im not being rude but the chubby girl really really seems not to care at all! Basically looked at me with an attitude, sorry for ordering and you having to get up and do your job! I also asked if my gravy was in the bag and her response was i didn't see that. Waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker amd nothing so I drove uo to window to read a sign that said headset not working. I called and asked if they can take an order at the window (meaning could she walk to the window and take my order and she said it's broken too). Sounds like laziness to me. No wonder the place closed down last year.. You have lost another customer...
