I have never visited a restaurant so dead so unwelcoming the Staff seems like their zombies With attitude don’t call ahead they will not make your sandwich until you get there says it’s their new policy calling ahead is for people who want to get their shit and go not wait for them to take 15-20 minutes to make a pre-cooked sandwich Pearland location needs to train these people be my last time here.

So bad it's hard to describe. This chain is going the way of Quiznos. I pull up to the drive thru and no response at the order speaker. I notice only two cars in the entire parking lot. Not a good sign. I pull up to the food window and there's someone there. She says may I take your order and I ask why I was waiting and wondering and she says their headsets are broken. ATTEMPTED to get lunch there today but A) I’m not going to be some punk girls outlet and B) I’m not taking the chance of something being done to my order………. Drove from 2917 (over 10min) just to get lunch, pulled into the drive thru, waited, waited, waited, waited for about 5 min without anyone asking for my order.
