Online order hadn't even been printed out when I got there, I was the only customer. Out of several things including large cups that I paid for. Coke machine had very few options, no tea made... not the first time. It really depends on who's on shift.
Fiquei impressionado com a má vontade de um staff no check-out para atender a minha esposa. Ela pediu um Firehouse Steak & Cheese, mas o sneakers havia acabado. Como ela tem algumas restrições alimentares pediu o combo do mesmo Sanduíche, mas só o pão e o queijo e o funcionário ficou ainda mais mau humorado e disse que não sabia se podia fazer. Para completar a equipe é MUUITO lenta. O pedido demorou mais de 20 minutos e a loja estava vazia.
Updating Review 11/6/2025 - I haven't ordered since my last review, so wanted to give it a try again and had the same experience. The sandwich in which I asked for LIGHT mayo, had mayo all over, causing the bread to be so soggy, it was like mush. I also ordered the chicken and dumpling soup, in which it was not in my bag. When I stated I ordered the soup as well, there was no apology or anything. The response was "OK" and I then stated it was the chicken and dumpling, as the girl responded "I KNOW". This place will rip you off. I am a disabled person. I never received my refund and never received my food. I contacted the store to talk to a manager and was told they were hardly ever there and didn't know when one would show up. I contacted them through email and was told they couldn't do anything because its up to that store if they want to give refund or not. So there is no food service manager on duty at all times like there supposed to be. The place is unsanitary because of not following health codes obviously. Beware... read more
