I’ve never had an issue here before, but today I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich for dinner and was really disappointed. It was absolutely drenched in sauce, which made the entire sandwich soggy and wet. The sauce was dripping from the sandwich as if an entire bottle was emptied. The amount of sauce completely overpowered the other flavours and made it difficult to finish. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with this meal at all.
