Perfect
This location is good but does not allow you to use certain coupons on the app. There is another firehouse less than 5km away that allows you to use all coupons. I suspect the owner of this franchise is cheap and wants to maximize profits by taking coupons away from customers. Very poor business practices, especially considering there are other locations what accomodate ALL app coupons.
I am a frequent Firehouse customer at various locations around the GTA. However today I witnessed one of the workers weigh my turkey 2 times. Which you can watch as you pay for your order. When she seemed satisfied slid the turkey on the paper down the counter for next steps. THEN, when she thought she was out of sight sneakily took turkey off and place it back. Watch for this possible skimming here. And this is why food prep should be open to customers view.
