Clean store, friendly staff, food was fresh and prepared quickly and accurately. Condition of the dining room and the restrooms was everything clean. Staff visibly continuing cleaning as we were eating. Keeping the facility clean.
We are repeat customers and always enjoy the quality and volume of meats on our sandwiches. Dine-in or carry-out, the products are always good. Our favorite sandwich is the Club on a Sub. Perfect!
One of the slowest drive-through's in town, and extremely slow staff. Even doing simple things, they struggle here. And lastly, their drive-through is completely AI voice. No more one on one with a person. I ordered one sandwich and it took 10 minutes. I know you make it fresh but I could have come inside and made it myself in under 5 minutes. It was 27 dollars for my combo as well.... At this rate you won't last much longer in Lubbock.
