The employees work very lazily, very slowly, and the service is nonexistent.
This was my second visit to a Firehouse Subs Shop. The first was great. This one, sub par. Soggy, flavorless mush. The Italian absolutely not good. Whatever cheap ham they piled on there took away from everything else. I give the Italian, the way they made it, a 2. I will likely never re visit this establishment. I asked for onion, extra onion. Got zero onion. The employees were nice.
