Staff needs to make it perfectly clear with the customer when they arrive what foods are available in store compared to what the app advertises. We ordered milk and a half brownie as part of the kids meal. We instead got water which I asked for because they didn't have milk, and we weren't given the brownie. Foul. I was going through something personal and the whole crew took a minute to make sure they gave me a hug and made sure I was as ok. Not only was the service above and beyond but the compassion was as well!!
I live over 2hrs away and when I come to Omaha, Ne this is THE only Firehouse I will go to because the staff has always been super nice, food fresh as well as store has clean even when it is super busy! Best service hands down!
