Based on the extremely rude way i was treated when i asked for the bbq sauce on side, was on the ticket, and cook still mocked me and argued with me in a confrontational way (as if am the one that rang it up) wont ever go again. Food good but clearly us white peeps arent welcome at this location.
When I arrived within minutes to closing to get a simple meatball sub for my boyfriend who is in the hospital. The staff were so incredibly kind and understanding they did not make me feel like I was a burden, even though they were completely empty for the past two hours, and they were completely done with all their chores. I was treated with compassion and kindness. I am so grateful for the staff that were closing. The staff there deserve a raise for going above and beyond customer service today
Never had a bad sub at this location. Crew is excellent and fast. The Smokn Honey Chicken sub was great.
Soft drink machine was out of order but we were not told before placing order so paid for large drinks, only choice was tea.We ordered chicken honey subs but received beef. Person made new sandwiches and sent mistake home with us. Chicken was not warm, sauce bottles had not been wiped with drips down the sides, dusty counters, overheard staff arguing, upon leaving they thanked us for coming. Won’t return to this location.
