Their service was great they are so nice and I really appreciated their patients when I didn't know what I wanted to order.

The taste of the food.
I was the only customer in there and yet the woman at the register just seemed exasperated and irritated that I was there. She was the same way to the man that came in before I left. We were missing the pickles that we asked for, when we removed one meat from the sandwich they sounded like they would put a little extra of the other 2 on there but we ended up with an extremely thin - but accurate, sandwich. I love firehouse, will always round up despite the pricey food, but this location has let me down a few times now.
