After a pleasant first time experience, Firehouse Subs sends me an email offering 25% off any sub. I have the app, couldn’t make it work. Into the store I go, first employee couldn’t make it work. Then onto a young male employee with glasses (1/28/2026 approximately 1:30pm). He couldn’t make it work. Very fresh and tasty
Firehouse Subs on Baseline is always a solid choice! The sandwiches are hot, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients, and you can really tell they don’t cut corners. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or feeding a group, this location delivers consistently great food and service. Definitely one of my go-to spots on Baseline!
Ordered my sub online for pickup, should have been done at 8:25, it’s now 8:40 and it’s still not ready. When I walked in I was told there was 1 order in front of me and so far they’ve given 3 other groups their order…. They also just turned customers away even though they’re supposed to be open another 20 minutes… this isn’t the first time they’ve turned customers away way before closing time. Don’t come here after 8pm.
