Ordered through the app, their app!! Order never came in on their end and they said if they don't have an order they won't make it and acted like he didn't care even after showing the receipt.
I placed an online order, but when we went to pick up the food, they claimed we were at the wrong location. My husband showed them the receipt on the app with the location on it & the pick up time, but they still refused to make the order. The guy told him if they don't have an order for it, they aren't making it. Needless to say, I had no choice but to leave without food.
Great food, great service. When I walked in, I was greeted. While I was eating, two of the other employees came in to check on us and see if we needed anything. Excellent customer service. Thank you
Food is great! I'm glad you're close by. However....my last visit I'm enjoying a late sandwich in the restaurant. There's one other dude eating too. Then two LOUD sharp hand claps from behind the counter, and the employee says "we close the dining room at 830" (it's now 835pm) Pretty damn rude way to treat your customers.
We're it zero stars were available that would be my rating. I enter with three employees in the kitchen talking, when I get to the counter I stand there waiting till they are finished with there compelling conversation about nothing to do with this job. The man takes my order and hands me a cup but when I go to sit every table is dirty mind you I'm the only one in the lobby...
