Smiles all around. They were fairly busy but didn't have to wait too long for my food. Had the hook & ladder, delicious as always
1 hour after eating a Turkey sub from this location, I ended up being super sick. The workers weren’t friendly or very professional to begin with. The cashier was on the phone while taking my order.
Ordering was a bit of a slow process - in that we were ready to order but the gal wasn't greeting us or telling us about the menu or, we'll, doing much of anything. There had been 1 person who'd ordered before we came into the location and she was still sitting and waiting for her order. It took quite a while for our 2 sandwiches to be ready... we ordered to go. Best firehouse staff I've came across
I recently placed an online order and when I got home I saw that 2 items were missing. When I brought it to their attention, Chris the manager responded promptly and went to great lengths to make it right. I’ve always enjoyed their sandwiches and it is refreshing to see that such a high level of customer service still exists.
