Firehouse will eventually end up losing business. They don't know how to treat their employees or their long term customers.
The general manager is extremely rude and doesn't know what she is doing when it comes to Watertown Arrow Cards. I've been a customer for a long time at Firehouse Subs and she officially screwed that up tonight. I will not be going back to the one in Watertown.
