I personally witnessed an employee being publicly humiliated by the owner. I stopped into Firehouse Subs in Sidney, Ohio on Friday, July 24, 2026, and a blonde female employee had just begun taking my order when the owner, Tom Martin, came out of nowhere and started yelling, cursing, and degrading her in front of multiple customers and another employee. Lady at register was kinda rude, i guess im a inconvenience, make sure you take all of the order, offer a drink holder make the customer feel welcome NOT AN INCONVENIENCE. REALLY DISAPOINTED. Im a veteran she made me want to leave.
This is the worst - I did a pickup, I paid over $30.00, the whole order was screwed up, and there was hair in the sandwich. Not even edible, and they willnot answer the phone -I WILL NEVER go back to this dump again

This place has always been very good until today, Friday, September 26, 2025 at 1330PM. Terrible service from the two workers! If they don't like their job, find another one.
Kassie was very professional and went above and beyond on service! I highly recommend this store.
My last two visits to this restaurant will be my last. On Saturday Aug 9,2025 I stopped in and ordered a Firehouse Hero to go, while waiting I observed two other customers complain that their order was wrong. when my order was, I was dumb enough to take it and leave, when I got home with my food I discovered my Hero turned out to be a BBQ beef sandwich which was terrible, I only took a few bites.
