Took way too long to get a sandwich. Similar to what other people's experiences were, there were literally four people in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich.
Waited 35 minutes for sandwich. Still not ready. Don't go!
If I could give less stars I would. These are the least motivated people I've ever seen. If you you've got 30 minutes to watch them meander around before they make your sandwich then this is for you.
Absolutely horrible experience - 30+ minute wait for one sub. They are always understaffed there and I feel bad for the employees. They are working as fast as they can but they said they have been working “12 hours straight and it is too much”. DO not order your food here - go to Shakeshack - they are always well staffed and are super fast. Management - do something about this - this is NOT the way to run business!!!
I had a layover at the St Paul MN airport and I ordered a turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo sub which cost $11. It took at least 25 minutes to get which then I had to wait until I was aboard my flight before I could eat it. Once in the air I opened my sub and the only thing in it was lettuce and tomato!!! How do you totally screw up a sub like that?? 🤬 Also, the staff was not friendly at all. Firehouse maybe you should retrain your staff!!!
