Workers left for lunch but did not put up a sign or any indication they were not serving. Just a bunch of confused customers looking for non-existent service.
Extremely disrespectful staff. They gave my sandwich to the wrong person without checking a receipt. After I raised the issue, they said good luck. I had to press to get my sandwich remade. I was the only one in line but it took nearly 30 minutes to get a standard sandwich from their menu without any modifications. Incredibly poor service. I do recommend if you’re in a rush to catch your flight. Would love to get in touch with management to speak further about this.
Make sure you have 46 or more minutes to wait. Only 6 people ahead of me. Left my single cold sub ticket for someone else. Company could work to make the set up a bit easier on staff. I'm sure they're great. Just make sure u have at least an hour.
Firehouse quality, but not speed. Only about 8 people waiting for their food, nobody in line to order. I ordered one sub at 1:56pm and didn’t get it until 2:13. $12 for a club.
