I usually really like this location. It's the best one around. Unfortunately today ruined it for me. I ordered the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. It's meant to be a hot sandwich. What I got was cold, not even lukewarm. When you're spending $20 for a medium sandwich meal, it should be good. Pulled up at drive thru at 8:36 pm sat there in drive thru for 3 minutes with no one in front of me I said hello 5 times no answer I then Pulled up to the window no one never came then I parked and we went to place our order once we entered staff was playing around and told us they were closed and it was only 8:46pm but sign said close at 9:00pm very rude and laughing as it was funny !!!!
