Company sells malfunctioning gift cards and refuses to honor them. Robbed me of $20.
It’s a awesome place to eat
5/21 lunch shift. Reviewing as a driver. Came in for 2 orders (1 sub, 1 sub+chips) and was told I would have a 10 minute wait. After waiting for 15 minutes (12 min after the app promised time), I heard the manager instructing the employee working on my deliveries to do the walk-in orders first. It wasn’t even busy either! This is completely unacceptable practice! It’s also extremely idiotic management not to do the orders in the order in which they come! I don’t think this guy even looked at the time stamps. Delicious subs of any size. We took ours to go, but there was clean comfortable seating. Great service.
The Asian girl at the counter isn't very friendly and makes bad sandwiches. Soda dispenser wasn't working properly either, I would never return or recommend.
