Only complaint was corned beef not its same tender quality ,kinda rubbery. Asked if they changed the product staffer said no, but not sure if he would know
I have never had a bad Firehouse Sub across the country until now. Asked for caramelized onions, I got raw. For whatever reason the mushrooms were cold while the rest of the sandwich was warm. Bread wasn't toasted. Fries were dry. This was absolutely horrible. Way to ruin the brand and be one of the worst locations across the country.
I ordered their food and had it delivered it was hard and super cold i ordered a meatball half and a turkey half. Usually its fresh and warm it was gross this last time. Bread was hard and dry. Never again....
Service was good and fast.
