I placed my order online was charged for the purchase. I came into the store as a PAYING customer was told they never received my order. I showed them my online receipt of the order and payment they refused to make my order. Only one gentleman(there were three men) seemed to understand my confusion on why I couldn't get the item I PAID for...he was immediately reprimanded in front of me and other customers. Great service as always! I love all of your stores, all are good but, I'll go out of my way passing other locations to shop there! But they make you feel like a family friend! The last few years I had a strict diet due to health reasons. So now that I don't have restrictions, it's time to make up for lost time (Stratford Hills) 2554 Sheila Lane. My girlfriend and I have newborn twins and I went in to order. She told me the babies were fussy, so I told the staff that I’d be back inside to pick my food up. It took longer than a few minutes… Shannon walked my order out to our car where I was standing in the rain dealing with our babies. I thought that gesture alone was above and beyond and deserved recognition. They have always given service with a smile at this location. Keep up the good service Shannon and all other team members at this location!
