Fast friendly good tasting sub hook & ladder
We had a few challenges with our rental so we found ourselves eating out rather than fixing our food at home. We have a gluten allergy within the family so eating where someone else cooks/ prepares our food can be difficult. The team took our order and prepared it with great attention to detail. We felt like they not only cared, but understood food allergies. They also didn’t blink when my kiddos started to get a little hyper. Maurice was absolutely amazing with me when I ordered a sub that was custom. He called to make sure of what I wanted and then proceeded to make it and even asked me to check it when I got there to make sure it was what I wanted. He went above and beyond and was so super nice!
The staff was very, very nice and pleasant, even though they were close to closing. Janiya made sure to wear gloves and make sure to be conscious about my gluten allergy very very nice and friendly staff!
