Place was dirty as hell, not one table was wiped down. Dude with long hair had no gloves touching the rim of my cup where your lips go. All drinks and down or co2. Flat drinks. I know I sound like a karen and barely make reviews. But it was this bad and won't be going back to this location 👎
I wanted to grab subs for my children but they refused to serve us. The manager told me they will not serve past 8:30 so they can leave at exactly 9:00. It was 8:35 when we walked in. If you want to close at 8:30 then don’t advertise your open until 9:00. Horrible customer service. I don’t think they even deserve one star.
We haven’t been to Firehouse in awhile and decided to stop in. The subs were delicious and the service was friendly and fast.
