Attempted to eat here today. We were walking up to the door. The door was propped open. The "open welcome" sign was lit up. Other customers were inside. It was exactly 7:30pm as we were approaching the door. Before we could cross the threshold of the door a man from inside started angrily scolding us that they were closed because it was 7:30 and to read the sign on the door. Waited for a half hour. For 4 subs.
I was there a little over a month ago and was disappointed BUT WAIT - went again yesterday and the service and staff were great! What an improvement! The previous worker who took over 30 minutes to get our food (3 people) is no longer working there. Thank you Matt for being personable and friendly! One suggestion - keep the volume on the music a little lower. ;-)
Haven't been there in a while. Ordered the steak sub and meatball sub. Both on garlic bread with took it to another level. The gentleman that made our sandwiches made them with care. You can tell the difference. Thank you.
I visited and ordered the new steak sub. There was on worker in there between the hours of 2pm and 3pm on May 17th. The food was still good and made beautifully. The restaurant was clean and the guy was very nice. It took a little for my order to be done but what do you expect when there is one employee in the whole establishment. I give kudos to that man for still keeping a high standard and smile while not having help. 10 stars
