Takes them 35 minutes to make a sandwich when they aren't busy
They put a cold cut sandwich with mayo and mustard through the heater, WHY???? The flavor of cold meat ran through a heater is uhhh, very interesting. This is one of the worst things I have ever tasted. I don't know how to describe mayo and mustard extremely heated up and dissolved onto bread and turkey meat. Can't wait for Jessica to tell me they'll take our feedback into consideration 🤪
Walking into Firehouse felt less like a sandwich shop and more like a secret firefighter calendar shoot where the walls were sweating hotter than the chili sauce. My 5yo has a gluten allergy, and the staff here was so accommodating. They helped us avoid glutinous items. They changed gloves and used separate utensils. Our whole family enjoyed our meal. Thank you!!!!!!
