Walking into Firehouse felt less like a sandwich shop and more like a secret firefighter calendar shoot where the walls were sweating hotter than the chili sauce. My 5yo has a gluten allergy, and the staff here was so accommodating. They helped us avoid glutinous items. They changed gloves and used separate utensils. Our whole family enjoyed our meal. Thank you!!!!!!
Sitting here now waiting for our food. There is one person working the counter and one person in back (that we can see). Trashes are overflowing, there’s a sticky mess on the floor where someone dropped a drink that hasn’t been cleaned up and the cashier is quoting 15-20 minute wait times for food because he’s running the front of the store by himself.
