Was in the Layton area with my son, and decided to get a sandwich. We wanted the Hook and Ladder with EXTRA MEAT, EXTRA CHEESE, everything that comes on the sandwich, PLUS chopped pickles, black olives, mayo, mustard, vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. It came out to about $22. Drove all the way home to find a bare sandwich with none of the extras on it, no extra meat, cheese, not even lettuce or tomatoes. I love firehouse subs and I don't want to sound rude or impatient but almost every firehouse subs is extremely busy- which Is a good thing however, they definitely don't have the manpower. There's always only two employees working. Also, you need to change the wait times when making an online order. I made an order at 6:30. Said it would be ready at 6:50. I got there 6 minutes after 6:50 and still had to wait another 10 minutes. And it's confusing as to who is waiting for an online order or not because they don't say anythin... read more
