Flavorful subs with great variety, and the hot sauce bar was such a fun bonus. I also love how much they give back to the community. We originally stopped in because of our T‑Mobile Tuesdays perk, but the experience won us over. The staff were genuinely amazing and friendly, and the kid‑friendly menu options made it an easy choice for our family. All of that together makes me want to support Firehouse Subs even more than the competitor we usually frequent.
The Italian sub was nasty. Way too much dressing on it. Especially after having to wait a long time for it due to a lot of online orders they said they had. Which is understandable. We waited patiently and got sub par food served terribly On top of that, they packaged my partners steak sub upside down. Looks like another once good place going downhill that will eventually join the likes of Steak and Shake.
