Ordered a Hook and Ladder Sub and a Medium Meatball Sub last Friday via Grubhub. Sandwiches were delivered on time but the Hook and Ladder literally had not one bit of meat on it and the meatball had no sauce and very little cheese. Of course when I called to complain they told me that I would have to come and pickup the replacements. What about reimbursement for the delivery fee and the tip? I thought Subway was bad, this experience was wayyyy worse. Never again!!!!!!!

No lines, restaurant is empty, but I’ve been sitting in the drive through window waiting for my single sub for 10 minutes…. Figured I’d pass the time by writing a review
