Ordered a sandwich for myself and a salad for my wife. Asked for the Mac and cheese. They were out. Asked for chili, they were out. Paid for order and sat for 5 minutes before being told they had no romaine lettuce. We just got a refund and left. Just got a response from Alexia at customer services. This was one of my worst dining experiences. I am still waiting for a refund from a store owner who has never called me. That’s the steps corporate asked me to take. A great many items were unavailable, so after finally compromising to other items, it took 6 adults 30 minutes to make two sandwiches. Yes, others ordered in front of me and there were mobile orders going out, but the delay was astounding. And the product was mediocre. $30 gone. Order two medium sandwiches and it took them more than 1 hours to do a lot of people waiting on there orders and soda machine fountain wasn’t working. The racks of chips were empty was not very impressed
Man, 2 pieces of meat on my NY Steamer?? Yes I got a small, yea it was almost 10.00. 2 pieces of meat! Absolutely appalling.
