I went to firehouse subs on 4th ave today in st.Catharines. Told them I had a food allergy and they still put the pieces of food on the sub that I’m allergic to after I told them several times about my allergy. Didn’t apologize after I called and complained nor felt bad. So I have a 22 dollar sub I can’t eat or I’ll get sick. Therefore it’s safe to say, I will not be Returning to firehouse subs after the situation cause clearly Communication skills out the window.
Great however 25 for a sub is ridiculous
