I went to Firehouse Subs today around 11:30 for lunch, right as it was starting to get busy, and had a really solid experience overall. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted, which always sets a good tone. Ordering was quick and easy, and my food was ready in about 5 minutes, so the prep time was fast even with the lunch rush picking up. I ordered the steak and cheese sub, and it definitely delivered. I had the privilege of working with Angie and her team, in assisting our church with a local outreach. Angie was very personable, took a lot of the leg work off my plate, delivered the large order herself to the church and was very communicative throughout the entire process. This was such a pleasant experience for us and the community. We will definitely utilize Firehouse Subs in Wake Forest in the future; not only for large orders but all the in between.
