This was genuinely the worst sandwich I ever have eaten. The lady taking the order barely knew any English, and despite asking for a plain cheesesteak with only cheese and steak, I received a cheese steak with onions peppers etc, as well as it being made up with mostly cheese. I could barely taste the steak. In addition, most of my friends names were spelt completely wrong even if it was the most basic 2 syllable name.
SUCKY SERVICE!! there was only three people in line and it took TEN mins for me to say “hi can i please have the veggie sandwich” - fine whatever BUT THEN tell me why!!! It took them TWENTY FIVE!!!!mins to make a veggie sub!!!!
Took 25 minutes to make a single sub. And that's after waiting in line for 10 minutes when there were only 3 people in line. Incompetent employees.
Vibe is off no customer service the light skin dude that works there looks and acts like he doesn’t wanna be there everyday ,the lady’s there are always nice n make it worth while thank god,I love firehouse but everytime I see this guy working there I don’t even wanna order cause I will be damned if I give my money to someone who greets me by saying “what do you want “when I approach the Register.
Horrible service. He just stood there and said what do you want. Nothing like the restaurant experience.
