Hands down the best subs I've ever eaten in Memphis. Forget Subway. Forget Lenny's. Forget Quizno's. Firehouse is so much better. Their subs are premium quality and well worth the money. I especially love their classic meatball sub and their smokehouse brisket sub. They use only the finest meats, cheeses and the freshest veggies. You definitely get what you pay for! Along with friendly service and a nice environment.
I am beyond disappointed. We have been customers since this store opened. Last night we ordered sandwiches online and now our credit card has been charged 3× for the single transaction totaling in $108.06. I have made multiple phone calls trying to get the $72.04 I am owed. I have been avoided by the manager and now I can't get a call back from the store owner. Poor management is inexcusable when it comes to money over charged to a customer.
Lazy employees. One guy was doing all the work while the others talked. The guy who acted like a manager had his shirt turned inside out. Not at all professional
Great subs! Love this Russellville Location! Wish there was another one on east side of town too is all.
