Firehouse Glass exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend! Crew were responsible, clean and totally professional! Replaced windows in living room and their recommendations were 100% right. Thanks Mike for everything. Will use again and again.
Firehouse replaced a small window in our front door that had a broken seal on it. We didn't think the window could be replaced because of how it was built into the door but they said they would take a look and let us know what our options were. They were able to carefully pry the moulding around the window out, the window itself, and put everything back together good as new. I wish we had called them sooner.
really disappointed. I walked in with the specs for a couple windows, a door, and a custom glass panel for a table. the staff missed their estimated lead time for quoting and it took me calling them to admit that they totally lost my info, like I never talked to them before. poor organizational skills will not be earning my business. what a shame. 2 stars because the lady was nice at least.
MIKE is the man, him and his son Dylan got my window fixed within 20 minutes. Helped me save money not just once but twice. Most informative place i went to about my issues. Wont go anywhere else as long as i live here.
