I took my motorcycle there to be inspected only to be cussed out and threatened to be beat up by the owner for merely questioning if motorcycles require turn signals in NC. THEY DONT. He told me to go somewhere else that he wasn't doing the inspection, which he cannot do, he must pad or fail me.
