Our power went out on only part of our house during a wind storm. We assumed it must be inside but we called a few electricians and Gene responded at 5pm. The advice he gave us saved $$ and it was the Power company that had to fix the issue outside the house. I don't know too many contractors that would pass up charging to come out and diagnose a problem. Highly recommend them for their honesty!
Gene runs this company, and he has good, committed, professionals working for him, as Joe was the one to come out and do the work. Gene understood what I needed, he helped me get a bypass switch for a generator installed, along with directions, a follow-up walk-through and just a general Q&A on all the questions I had. Took forever to get the job done, ignores phone calls and doesn’t do everything he says he will for the price. Not to mention overpriced. Left 3 things unfinished. Treated us like a chore instead of a costumer. Failed inspection because of a breaker. Then wanted to charge more money to come out and fix his mess up.
Had Gene come out again for a new project. Project 1 was amazing work. Quote was spot on but we chose to hold off to re-evaluate location of project. He was so professional, courtesy and understanding. You will not be disappointed. High quality work.
