He returned calls promptly, gave us an estimate by phone before we scheduled him, confirmed our appointment in writing when we scheduled it and then again the day before the appointment, messaged us when he was on his way, and showed up as planned. Tim was efficient and professional as he did the work. We will stay with Tim in the future for any chimney-related work, we highly recommend him.

I've used Fireguard for 6 years for annual cleaning of our fireplace insert + chimney. Also replaced the fans when it stopped working.
