Highly recommended! Three generations of my family benefit from Rachel’s skills as a massage therapist. She has helped us increase mobility and flexibility, recover from hard workouts and from injuries, and just relax and feel better. She is very knowledgeable and can deal with a range of needs, using deep tissue massage for me but employing much gentler, but still effective, techniques for my parents. I cannot say enough good things about Rachel! I've been getting regular massages from her for a few years and they help tremendously with my headaches and muscle tension. She is always attentive to your needs and communicative. Aside from being a great masseuse, Rachel always greets you with a big smile, and is a pleasure to talk about life with. Very grateful for her and all that she does!
