I had a fantastic experience with Firefly. My sales person was Cameron, very knowledgeable. But, for me the most valuable part was the personal touch. Alicia returned my calls even when the question was not about permits, Jeremiah was always patient and Ramsey was always very nice to talk to. 10/10 would recommend!
Our system is performing perfectly. We have had maybe 2 outages since the install and the system turned on immediately. Our bill is just the typical Duke "hookup" fee of around $16.
We contacted Katie who is our energy consultant at Firefly after a good friend had bought solar panels through them. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience! This company came by my property to provide me with a quote. The person they brought to give me a quote said they were not going to provide one because it’s not enough money for them. I later looked up her name and records and found several guilty records of financial fraud. I’m on the verge of reporting this company to BBB. Firefly Construction built me the deck of my dreams. I couldn't be happier with the final result! They also did my new roof at the same time, and I had them install solar and batteries a few years ago, along with a SPAN smart electric panel. They really are a full service provider with all things home-improvement. (A bathroom upgrade is next on my list!)
