What a frustrating experience... I selected Firefly to install a solar battery on my house as a backup generator with future plans to install solar panels when I get a new roof. I selected Firefly over competitors because they seemed like a top quality company. I paid thousands more to work with them. We had a home battery backup installed (franklinWH). The install process took longer than expected, but they did a good job and put the battery where we wanted it. No surprises, unexpected issues, or hidden costs. Our battery came on during the power outage in the recent winter storm and kept us running just fine. Shout out to Katey for being very helpful through the process.

Just had Firefly install a new roof, gutters and solar installation for our home. We did a lot of research on solar and felt it would meet our needs, I was looking for a single company who would manage the process end to end. Every person that I engaged with throughout the process was fantastic. Our system went live at the end of December and couldn't be happier. The teams that they sent out to do the various projects did a fantastic job and everything works as expected. I would highly recommend them!
