My experience with this facility was horrible. They lie and manipulate and they have shady business practices. I had fallen on some hard times and was 64 days behind. I contacted them to pay my past due amount. I was told to go ahead and make rhe payment. Before I got a chance to my friend was dropping off clothes at a local donation bin and spotted a box with pictures of me and my family.. THIEVING, LYING, and DECEIVING are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Firefly Storage. I fell behind on my payments, and was lied to and told that all my belongings were being sold at auction, due to being 3 months behind, $430.00. An auction never took place, as it was never posted, as required by law. Instead, all of my family and I's very personal and sentimental belongings were ransacked. What they didn't want for their own personal gains got destroyed and thrown in a dumpster. All of which was illegal. A... read more
