Strongly recommend finding someone else to work with other than Jason. He’s a landlord advocate not a tenant advocate.
If you’re a tenant don’t do business this company stay far away they only care about there landlords. After renting a house for 2 years Jason was totally fine with the landlord going above and beyond with keeping almost are whole deposit over the pettiest stuff and has totally ghosted me now and won’t even respond to me. They only care about their landlords not tenants big surprise. I was charged over 2000 bucks from my deposit mostly for typical ware and tare items. I generally do not leave negative reviews unless an experience is truly poor, and I try to work things out with the owner or manager first. However, after our experience renting this property, we feel future tenants should be aware of several issues we encountered during our lease. Based on our experience, I would think twice before choosing a rental managed by this company.
This property management company has been great to work with! Jason is incredibly kind, professional, and always prompt in addressing matters. He also worked with me on a couple things that were truly a blessing. It is not easy being a renter who wants to be an owner but Firefly made this experience very pleasant for me. Thank you and do trust going with Firefly!
