Started out with great customer service and clear communication. They also went above and beyond contacting me and keeping me updated. I was initially told that the throttle cable that was on the bike would not work and it was too short. Therefore I ordered one that was a little longer. However that one didn't work either. That was an error on my part. Therefore the end result was a modification of the original throttle cable that was on the bike when I delivered it. Great shop, great customer service. Definitely recommend it
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and certainly my favorite auto-related one! I brought my moped in for a couple different issues, anticipating a few hundred dollars and a few days’ worth of repairs — they helped me immediately and solved both issues within 7 minutes, and wouldn’t let me pay even when I offered, since it was so quick. Graham was super friendly and even taught me how to fix one of the issues myself in the future, and Firefly is definitely going to be my go-to spot going forward!
Tom and his team are absolute rockstars I’ll always give my money to kind, cool and skilled pros. Highly recommend this shop for your bikes.
