I have been with Firefly for about 2 years now. I changed insurance to BC&BS and wanted a different PCP than the local group practice I was at. No local PCP options so figured "nothing to lose". WOW everything to gain!!!!! 24-7-365 access. Who has an actual on call provider there days? Firefly does!!!! I now have several family there too. NOT CONCIERGE!!!!!!Highest possible recommendation.
I've been using Firefly Health for over a year now and my team is so great! I am really able to schedule appointments, and my team is always quick to respond when I have any questions. I'm very satisfied and happy with the medical care I receive from them. I never feel like a number and they are great about finding specialists in my network for me. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!
