I was weary about switching to a telehealth PCP but I'm very glad I did. You don't have wait hours or days for a response when you have a question or concern, unlike with traditional pcp's. And best of all, with my insurance (BCBS) I have zero co-pays.
The app and experience is great and the health team is amazing. It's been so easy to communicate, keep up with my health and get responses when I need. Anytime I needed anything the responses have been quick and they've helped me sort things out very well.
This health care team is an absolute miracle for me. I have always had issues and questions arise and then forget to address them at my appointments. Now I can reach out to my personalized Healthcare team any time! Thank you Firefly!
I have to say at first I wasn't sure about have a virtual medical team however now I'm so glad I took the chance. They are wonderful. The app is so easy to use, the medical team is there for you 24hrs a day. Anytime you need them or have a question you can chat with them. They book all referral appointments. Firefly Health has made my life easier.
