I bought a giftcard for someone around Christmas. I said "I want her to be able to do literally anything she wants however many colors she wants and a cut" explained fully the situation. Was quoted a price. Also included a $40 tip. She went and got it and was told she needed $100 extra. This place takes advantage of kind people.
