Made a reservation for this lovely resort for my husband and I's anniversary. Was made aware the next morning that there was an error on their end, and the dates we picked were not available. We were asked if we could change to another date and I immediately said yes, we were flexible. They said they'd get back to me and... 4 days, 3 messages through VRBO, and 2 phone calls later, I never got a response.
