We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, who accommodated our many changes and requests for our wedding catering. We were a fully vegan menu, and we wanted to have a pizza station. Which they went above and beyond to have set up early before the ceremony and they personally made the pizzas right on sight for our guests. The staff even helped to set up our decorations and tables in between the ceremony and reception. They were very understanding when we had to decrease the number of guests we originally quoted. Stephanie was great to work with! I felt very comfortable with the company and they even made my Christmas hot chocolate bar come to life beautifully. The food was great and everyone was talking about what a hit our taco bar was! They even delivered linens early in the morning and came back and set up all the food! 10/10
Chef Ryan and Stephanie catered our wedding about 2 weeks ago. They're both so wonderful to communicate with, extremely professional, and the food is AMAZING! Once my husband tasted Chef Ryan's cooking, he told all our guests how amazing it would be leading up to the wedding. And Chef Ryan certainly didn't disappoint (even our picky guests were impressed)! Garbage Cattering. They put the Romain in garbage bags and the grits in home depo buckets. I can’t even make this up. All the workers were hammered drunk
