We had this company come clean our home yesterday in preparation for listing pictures with confirmation of the services to be performed via email, they did not bring the checklist that is referenced on their website nor mention it upon arrival. About 10 minutes into the cleaning we began questioning if this was a legitimate service due to the disjointed cleaning process (bouncing between rooms without finishing any one task). This was the absolute worst cleaning that could have possibly been done. Had email and verbal exchanges for what would be included and what our expectations were. After 6 hours being here and the house not looking like anything was done we asked to just clean the floors and wrap it up. He vacuumed the upstairs and didn't even clean the hardwood floors downstairs (vacuum or mop). Not sure how our house could look dirtier than before he came but it does.
