So this was a pleasant experience as i found out Firefly are affiliated with Hertz. All the same process I am used to and a good deal for the hire…. 🤟
From my experience, the rental service is fine. But the google map location is wrong. It's just next to the T4. Not at the Snook road as indicated on map. Took me 1 hour to walk a big circle and back.
Google maps left us searching for the rental office. DO NOT rent a Nissan Qashqai. Hearing damage -- it's louder than a commercial jet and they don't offer noise cancelling headphones with the rental like they should. A small jet plane does make a bit more noise. Conversation impossible.
